SWIM LESSONS: AMERICAN RED CROSS
AGES 7 YEARS TO ADULT
Our American Red Cross swim lessons are designed for children ages 7+, teens, and adults of all skill levels. Beginners are first taught the basics of breath control and going under water, floating front and back, and the swim-float-swim sequence. Swimmers who have mastered the basics and are comfortable in the water may be taught how to retrieve underwater objects, how to use a snorkel with front strokes, the four competitive swimming strokes and swim team preparedness, and more.
All lessons are private and taught one-on-one by one of our American Red Cross certified instructors. Each lesson is 10 minutes in length, and we recommend a minimum of four weeks of consecutive lessons for beginners. Lesson schedules can be customized based on your and your family's individual needs.
